Bethany Hard is a certified Naam Yoga Therapist specializing in "Yoga during times of Change and Crisis", as well as Prenatal/Postpartum yoga. Fluent in Spanish, she has spent the past decade traveling regularly to Nicaragua, where she volunteers with children and leads yoga retreats.

During my 20's I left the frigid winters of NYC for Nicaragua, where I spent 3-5 months each year. I fell deeply in love with the culture, the food, the incredibly warm people, the land...
