​I sought coaching with Melissa because I wanted to see if there was someone who could help me change my relationship with food.  I was aware I was going through a cycle of dieting and not-dieting that caused plenty of angst, self-doubt, and self-recrimination for YEARS, but got no results for weight loss, which was my primary goal.  Her coaching offered me a chance to have a more expansive view of what it takes to make me feel good.  My relationship with food feels balanced.  Now, I am so in my body, present enough to not overeat because it doesn't feel good.  Also, I have a lot of mental space now that I didn't have before--mental space that was tied up in the pre-occupation with my obsession with food and weight loss. I've never  had this amount of energy, motivation and focus. This experience has been life changing.  It has fundamentally changed the way I view the world, and I am very grateful that I have been able to do it.
