A Note from Melissa Veler
THRIVE RETREATS FOUNDER AND FACILITATOR

Hi there! I’m Melissa Brown Veler, formerly of Thrive Whole Living, I’m so incredibly excited to reconnect with clients old and new through Thrive Retreats.
Over the course of the past decade, I've done a lot of living and learning. There's been grief and loss, balanced by love and motherhood. During that time I came to realize the power of transformational retreats. Together, my clients and I discovered how we can reshape our lives and become more deeply rooted in who we are as women when we work together in an immersive and supportive environment.
My clients and I knew that what we were up to was way bigger than willpower. In fact, what we were doing was the business of transforming. Through experience and training, I learned how to skillfully walk people down that path. What happened in the meantime, of course, is my own transformation. I discovered the courage it takes to stand for the life I crave. To finally listen to that voice inside that knows what to do next. And I can show you how to do that for yourself.
Now I work with mostly women. I facilitate a conscious eating program called True Hunger, I lead retreats that invite you to get back in your body and out of your head, I lead an ongoing women’s group that leverages the support we create through sisterhood, and I also do 1:1 coaching sessions supporting women leaders to source more of their own power.
The world needs more women who are connected to their bodies, know how to truly nourish themselves, and who have the ability to access the power they have to create a life that’s full of pleasure and purpose. And that’s what I invite you to experience.
Much Love,
Melissa

Through our work together I discovered one of the most valuable tools of my life-- how to integrate the different parts of myself and find my center. This was the key stone, like getting to the heart of the matter. Now I live more fully and make more empowered choices from that center. The way I eat and how I feel about my body is completely transformed. I show up as me, in all parts of my life, instead of showing up as what I thought I was supposed to be- someone else's idea of a leader, a woman, an executive. This program is grounding and it gives you a strong center to makes choices from.
